What we collect
- Account data: name, email, profile photo (if you sign in with Google).
- Financial data: bank account metadata (institution, account name, balance) and transactions you connect or enter manually.
- Usage data: minimal anonymous diagnostics to keep the app reliable.
Why we collect it
To display your transactions and net worth, categorize spend with AI, and surface the insights that make Ledger useful. We never sell your data.
Bank connections
Bank linking is handled by Mono, a regulated open-banking provider. We receive only the account metadata and transactions you authorize — never your bank login credentials.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account from Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account, we erase your transactions, bank connections, profile, and authentication record within 7 days, and revoke connected bank accounts immediately.
Your rights
Export your data or delete your account at any time from inside the app. For anything else, email support@domoney.app.

By using Ledger you agree to:
- Be 18 or older.
- Connect only bank accounts you own or are authorized to access.
- Use the service as-is — we do our best to keep it accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Be responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter manually.
- Accept that we may suspend access in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
- To the extent permitted by law, Domoney is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or from outages of upstream providers.
