Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ledger, a personal-finance app published by Domoney. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Using Ledger

  • You must be 18 or older to use Ledger.
  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter manually, add by voice, or forward to your Ledger address.
  • You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.

Not financial advice

Ledger helps you track and understand your spending. It is an informational tool, not financial, tax, or investment advice. AI-generated categories and answers can be incomplete or wrong — review them before relying on them for any decision.

Subscriptions

Ledger offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Ledger Pro:

  • Monthly — $3.99 per month.
  • Yearly — $39.99 per year (about two months free versus monthly).

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and any applicable taxes.

Availability

We work to keep Ledger accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, including outages of upstream providers such as email and AI services.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Domoney is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or from outages of upstream providers.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
